Yocan Hive 2.0 Vaporizer

The sleek Hive 2.0 mod does not come with many parts to handle. As it supports both oils and concentrates, it comes with two small atomizers, each of 0.8 capacity, that you can easily swap due to the magnetic connection.

Despite being a small unit, it is capable of powering the most 510-threaded cartomizers that are prefilled. The magnetic cartridge prevents device damage and safeguards you from unnecessary hassle while refilling and switching the cartridge.

This distinct design holds a transparent window on a side so that you can watch the oil level. Unlike the old version, Hive 2.0 keeps the oil leakage experience at bay. There is a single quartz coil underneath the wax atomizer, which gives flavorful vapor. 

It is easy to use this box mod. You start by removing the mouthpiece to access the chamber, in which you then fill herb oil or dab wax onto the coil. A filling is a breeze with the included loading tool. Now, put back the mouthpiece, screw it tightly, and click on the power button five times to activate the device. Now, switch the same button thrice to set the voltage level. That’s it!

Magnetic Connection

The box mod comes with a magnetic connector for connecting 510 oil cartridges or either atomizer, making atomizer swap a breeze. The connector holds the atomizer firmly in place. Ensure that the connector is linked with the atomizer’s bottom. That said, you need not check for a strong connection whenever you wish to vape.

The removable cartridge is an appealing feature, as several threaded cartridges become dirty, but they cannot be removed. This issue is now solved with the magnetic seal. The feature facilitates ease of use by putting everything together. 

Temperature Control

Unlike the original Hive and Yocan Evolve, this one features adjustable voltage control, which is a significant performance improvement. In the former models, the vapor tasted burnt after inhaling for a few seconds. Thus, it was not recommended to use the device for a long time. 

Hive 2.0 has no such issue, as it offers three voltage levels, namely, low (blue light), medium (two lights), and high (three lights).

Decent Battery Life

Hive 2.0’s 650mAh battery lasts for 10-15 uses before recharging. An indicator light shows the battery juice left. It supports passthrough charging too.
